Template Editor

Your newsletter design starts with a reusable template. The Template Editor lets you adjust layout, fonts, colors, spacing, and the order of content blocks. When your workflow runs, it fills this template with fresh content each time.

You can edit templates in two ways:

• Use the properties panel on the right-hand side to update layout and style.
• Describe your changes to the AI Agent in chat, using suggested prompts to guide your edits.

Styling the Template

Colors, margins, and fonts apply across all newsletters using the same template. These can be set via the Styling tab on the right-hand side.

Editing Titles and Static Content

Templates contain both dynamic (auto-filled) and static (manual) content. Static elements—like titles or footers—can be edited directly in the visual editor. These changes will appear in every issue using the template.
